All items sold by Druzy Portal are natural crystals, minerals, or handmade goods. Due to their natural origin, variations in color, shape, size, inclusions, and surface texture are normal and expected. These characteristics are part of what makes each piece unique and are not considered defects.

Photos and videos are provided to represent each item as accurately as possible, but slight differences may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or natural variation.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delivery timelines may vary based on carrier performance, customs processing, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Druzy Portal is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused during transit. However, we will assist customers in resolving shipping issues when possible.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Druzy Portal is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns & exchanges accepted within 15 days. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Once your returned item has been received in it's original condition, your refund will be initiated and may take 3-7 business days to return to the original payment method (depending on your bank). To initiate a return, please contact hello@druzyportal.com. Please include your order number.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Druzy Portal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website.
