We ship via USPS or UPS within the United States. Global shipping is available to select countries. Free US Ground Shipping for orders over $200. We do not currently offer free shipping outside of the United States.

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delivery timelines may vary based on carrier performance, customs processing, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Druzy Portal is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused during transit. However, we will assist customers in resolving shipping issues when possible.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Druzy Portal is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
